What visitors say

★★★★★

“We stayed in a queen pod for two people. The bed was extremely comfortable and due to a very organised structure the room and hostel runs smoothly. It is quiet and calm. The staff are extremely helpful and catered to our needs and requirements. They were very accommodating to put our bikes in the community area. For the price in Singapore for accommodation I think this is a great option. Considering this is a hostel it is very high quality. Thanks for helping us have a great stay in Singapore.”

“I had a good stay at The Pod Singapore. The Malay male receptionist was very kind and helpful. I arrived early in the morning, and he showed me around the dorm. The hotel also allowed me to use a bathroom before check-in at 3 PM.The location is great. Sultan Mosque and many food places are within walking distance. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe staying here.Bugis Mall is only about 8 minutes away on foot. There are also many halal food options nearby.I would definitely stay here again when I visit Singapore.Dalam toilet ada sediakan iron juga kalau siapa nak iron tudung or baju senang!alhamdulillah.”

“Room is decent, cleanliness is also fine. However the biggest and also the most important thing is the noise. Eventhough ear plugs are provided, it doesnt help one bit. The design of the place is just not supporting it. Doors are constantly slammed throughout the night regardless of timing. If you value getting a good rest, i guarantee you that you will not get it from this place. I suggest others to please please please read the other negative reviews before booking this place. Imo, the reviews on google are doing them too much good. They truly deserve a lower rating.”

“I had an amazing experience staying here. The room and co-living space is clean, comfortable, and offers excellent facilities. The hotel alo located in a strategic location. Just a small note: if you’re afraid of heights, I’d recommend asking for a lower bunk bed. I would especially like to appreciate one of the staff members, Nadia. She genuinely tried the best to help with my requests, with real sincerity and wholehearted effort. The world needs more people like her. Believe me, I’ve stayed in many types of accommodations in Singapore, from five-star hotels to budget-capsule hotels like this one, and I can honestly say that Singapore’s hospitality industry needs more people like Nadia.”
